Brianna “Breezy”Tottenhoff

I believe that all humans are interconnected at our core and we desire for our authentic self to be fully seen and accepted. I am determined to create an open, trusting environment where curiosity is at the forefront of my work, giving you the opportunity to fully explore the good, bad, ugly, and beautiful of your life.

Initially a skeptic of therapy, I find that showing up authentically myself is a must and often helps build the client-therapist rapport faster than if I were to pretend not to have a personality. This often means I use humor, metaphors, direct questions or feedback, and I am no stranger to curse words. I invite you to show up as authentically as possible and allow our relationship to be a powerful tool in progress toward your therapeutic goals.

I believe in equity for all, including members of LGBTQIA+, Black, Indigenous, and People of Color and work toward cultural humility, especially when providing services to people with different cultures than majority/ mainstream culture.

I am the founder of Pando Therapy Services, PLLC. I am a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist in Washington state. I received my master’s degree in Marriage & Family Therapy from Whitworth University. I utilize a variety of evidence-based practices, including narrative therapy, Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Emotion Focused Couples Therapy (EFCT), and Gottman Method.
